The Mercedes me connect Application (the “App”) provides access to various features of Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicles from model year 2019 onwards, as well as Mercedes-Benz Vans or Freightliner Sprinter vehicles, offering connected vehicle services, personal assistance, and more.
The functionality of the App can differ based on your vehicle’s specifications and the subscription services you have. To use the App, an active Mercedes me user account is required, which is provided to you at no cost. You must also agree to the relevant Terms of Use for Mercedes me connect services, accessible through the App. Please note that some features available for passenger vehicles controlled via the App may not be supported for “Mercedes-Benz Vans or Freightliner Sprinter vehicles, either currently or in the future.
Mercedes me connect services are specifically intended for use with a vehicle’s original configuration and authentic Mercedes-Benz Parts. These services and the App may not operate correctly if used with a vehicle that has been modified from its factory settings or with non-genuine Mercedes-Benz Parts.
